  • A health and life coach partners with clients, helping them achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and make changes in their lives. They help clients identify their own strengths and use that power to create the changes they seek. They act as a client’s accountability partner, educator and support partner; in a judgement free zone providing a safe and compassionate space with the objective of bringing about transformation with lasting positive results.

  • Anyone who is committed to participating in improving their health and well-being can benefit from the guidance and support of a coach. If you find yourself feeling “stuck” or lacking direction in any of the five departments of life ( Health, Physical, Financial, Relationships/Love, and Spirituality), a coach can come alongside you to help you take steps in the right direction.

  • While both health coaches and hypnotherapists can help people improve their health and well-being, they have different approaches and areas of focus. Health coaches focus on helping people make positive lifestyle changes through support, guidance, and accountability. Hypnotherapists focus on helping people address specific mental and emotional health issues through inducing a trance-like state and using various techniques to change thoughts, feelings or behaviors.

  • The Discovery Session is a 30 minute initial consultation to determine if the 90 Day Coaching Program is right for you. In the Discovery Session, I’ll help you recognize the small changes you can make to see amazing transformation, so you can feel better in your body, health and across all areas of your life.

  • The first session will be the Discovery Session. This is about discussing what goals and expectations you want to achieve and discovering the possibilities of developing a system that is unique to you, the client. The Habit Change Coaching Method is a unique combination of behavior science, neuroscience, positive psychology, appreciative inquiry and motivational interviewing. Specific questions are asked in a specific sequence that uncover and transform the client’s underlying reason for staying stuck.

    Behavior occurs out of habit either consciously or unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. Therefore, if you can change your habits then you are changing the very thing that determines your health and quality of life. This is what the work is all about.

  • Typically, each session is an hour long.

  • You will need access to a phone or Zoom. We recommend finding a quiet, comfortable space where you can be uninterrupted for the duration of your session.

  • This is a client centered process. Everyone is different. Each one of us has a unique coding or programing in our brains called Beliefs. Beliefs give us a sense of security. Our beliefs create our experience, and our experience confirms our beliefs. When we change our beliefs, we can completely change our experience. This is a process that gets best results with a 90-day program. This program consists of a once a week session, 1 hour long for 12 sessions.
